3D Printed Tapping Attachment

This  Tapping Attachment is useful for tapping using a hand drill. It is self-aligned in any hole position straight or angle. Can also be attached to a drill press that has a reverse spindle rotation option.

Fixturing

The fixture was designed with 36pcs of parts running unattended at night resulting increase in production output. Automatic tool break checking has been added in the program.

Planning and Scheduling

A simple tool created in Excel for production Scheduling and Planning. Machine capacity, status, job orders and a lot more can be monitored and be updated live.
